The Poconos VRO was created to ensure that vacation rental owners, managers, and supporters have a strong, united voice in the Poconos. We work to protect property rights, promote responsible hosting, and build a thriving, sustainable STR community that benefits residents, guests, and local businesses alike.

The Poconos VRO:

Advocates for fair, common-sense regulations that balance community needs with property rights
Pushes back against overreach, excessive fees, and harmful policy proposals
Promotes and elevates STR best practices for professionalism, safety, and guest experience
Educates, connects, and empowers STR owners, managers, and suppliers through resources, networking, and shared knowledge
